Passionate Therapeutic Care for All Ages
Our team of therapists brings years of experience and a passion for helping individuals of all ages and genders. We are committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where you can be your authentic self with no fear of judgment.
Eating Disorders
Our therapists are experts in the treatment and prevention of eating disorders. From residential to outpatient levels of care and everything in between, we have over a decade of experience guiding those with eating disorders at every level of need.
Body Image
We provide evidence-based, individualized care to help you develop a healthier relationship with food and your body. We also work in tandem with the other members of your treatment team, such as a dietitian and psychiatrist, to ensure a cohesive support network.
Mood Disorders
We have extensive experience helping those with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, and self harming behaviors.
We also recognize that many people suffer from the effects of stress and anxiety in their lives without any specific diagnosis. Whether you are dealing with low self-esteem, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, or feelings of hopelessness, we can offer effective strategies to reduce anxiety and help you enjoy life again.
Women's Health
Women’s health extends far beyond physical well-being—it encompasses emotional, mental, and relational wellness as well. Whether you’re navigating infertility, reproductive grief, postpartum transitions, body image concerns, or hormonal changes, these experiences can bring unique challenges that deserve compassionate support.

Grief and Loss
Trauma and Abuse
Grief is a deeply personal journey, and there is no right or wrong way to experience it. Whether you are mourning the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a life transition, or even a part of yourself, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming. Grief can bring up a range of emotions. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting; it means finding ways to move forward while honoring what was lost. In therapy, we create a compassionate space where you can process your emotions, find meaning in your experience, and navigate life after loss.
You don’t need to hide or live in fear any longer. We understand the courage required to reach out for help for such vulnerable challenges, and are here to support you in the ways that will help you resolve your past and create a sense of hope for the future.
Our experienced trauma therapists are skilled in helping those with traumatic pasts move from living as a victim, to living as a survivor. We use evidence-based practices to support your healing journey.

Our Collaborative and Compassionate Approach
We believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. We will work with you to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs and goals, along with a safe and supportive space where you can feel comfortable moving through your own healing journey.
Our therapists use a variety of techniques, integrating traditional methods with creative and innovative approaches that help you achieve your goals. Our artsy, thoughtful, and hope-inspiring practice environment reflects our commitment to fostering a space of comfort and inspiration.
